Dietmar Salger 博士，Schwerin 医学中心神经外科 神经创伤外科及脊柱外科学科带头人。
就职于柏林市Buch医院。在普外和创伤领域工作多年后，专业领域开始转向神经外科、神经创伤外科从事治疗脊柱不稳的创伤（骨折及肿瘤）前路及后路外科手术15年，擅长微创手术、脊柱肿瘤及骨折的单椎体或双椎体置换手术，侧方或后方的经椎弓根稳定术。发明了与Stryker内植物配套的新型椎体置换撑开器和新的颈椎融合Cage。对于腰椎不稳的手术治疗经验极为丰富(前路、前方及侧方入路、后方入路)。Dietmar 博士每年都在Schwerin医院举办5-7届国际或国内范围的workshop,演示脊柱全椎体置换手术（包括前路和后路手术及新型椎体置换撑开器）。在国内外多次发表关于脊柱手术学领域的著作并进行讲座。并曾在欧洲及中东多国进行手术表演。

in berlin at the cilinic in buch.Many years’ employment in general surgery and in traumatology;
 later specialization in the 
special field of nurosurgery/neurotraumatology.
Special operative activity in spinal column surgery for 15 years –operative medical care of unstable spinal column injuries(fractures and tumors) over anterior and posterior approaches.  Development of specialized 
approach ways(minimal approaches )..Use of spinal body replacement space for tumor surgery  as well as 
for the  treatment  of fractures ,additional lateral or dorsal transpedicular stabilization 
monosegmental or bisegmental if possible 
Development  of a new spinal body replacement spacer in cooperation with Stryker- Smplants (Modul-Ics-Cage) and a new fusion-cage for the cervical area(SOLIS)
Extensive experience with the stabilization of instabilities in the lumbar spinal column 
areas(AIF,ALIF,PLIF)
Carrying out of 5-7 internationals and national operative workshops a year at the clinic in 
Schwerin. 
 Operative approaches in the entire region of the spinal column area are presented (anterior
 and posterior and the presentation for the new spinal body replacement spacer)
National and international lectures and publications on the operative possibilities in the
 spinal column area. Guest operations in several European countries and middle east.
